The Pittsburgh Steelers were in danger on “Thursday Night Football.” Both of which have led to their top two receivers were ousted from the contest due to head injuries. Diontae Johnson took a hit from Browns safety Damarious Randall that may make you shudder.

Randall was ejected for targeting while Johnson was down for several minutes. When he was finally able to get up, he was bleeding out of his right ear.

Randall looked to be in serious pain as he headed to the sideline.

The Steelers have lost their top two receivers to head injuries and starting running back James Conner to a shoulder injury, leaving them thin at running back and wide receiver on a short week. Unbelievably, this wasn’t even the top story on Thursday Night Football, as Myles Garret swung the helmet of Mason Rudolph at his head while he was unprotected, leading to a bit of a brawl.
