The Tampa Bay Buccaneers continue to make history, as they’ll now move to the Super Bowl.ย It has been an incredible run for the Bucs, and it’s fitting that Tom Brady would lead the franchise back to the biggest sporting event in the world.
The latest NFL benchmark they have set is an interesting one. No team ever has ever made it to the Super Bowl while they were also the host city. Tampa Bay will play in their own stadium against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Buccaneers topped the Packers Sunday to advance to Super Bowl LV that will be hosted at Raymond-James Stadium. their stadium is in Tampa Florida, and the game will take place on February 7th.
This will also be the first Super Bowl in history with the stadium only partially full, due to COVID-19. We can’t wait to see whether the Chiefs will repeat or if Tom Brady will continue to build his legacy.
FINAL: The @Buccaneers are headed to the Super Bowl for the first time since 2003! #NFLPlayoffs #TBvsGB
