First things first, we’ll set the tone with a review of the Detroit Lions and Pittsburgh Steelers preseason game. The first half was a real depressing display. followed by a second half comeback that would have made Matthew Stafford proud. The boys weren’t able to come away with a win, but boy did we learn a lot about this team. We’ll go into it and why not to read too much into what we saw early.
From there will look to the Colts game, what the strategy from Coach Dan Campbell will be and why the Indianapolis Colts are actually playing along. From an entertainment standpoint, the game will definitely be better, particularly for those evaluating players who are riding the roster bubble and getting reps while learning the NFL game.
We’ll do injuries, roster bubble, which of the 53 roster spots currently aren’t on the team, a look at ex-Lions around the league, and finally, we’ll take a look at Matthew Stafford’s big piece. In ESPN.
