Video of fire breaking out on surface of the Gulf of Mexico has gone viral. The fire reportedly broke out after a gas leak from an underwater pipeline. State oil company Pemex informed that the blaze has been extinguished. Bright orange flames jumping out of the water resembled molten lava. The circular shaped blaze raged a short distance from a Pemex oil platform. According to Pemex, the fire took more than five hours to fully doused.
