A man was captured on-camera trying to break into a condemned home in Kalamazoo’s Milwood neighborhood.
News Channel 3 and neighbors spotted a man using a hammer trying to pry open the boarded-up front door at the home Aug. 31 in the 1300 block of Cambridge Drive. Police were called, but did not arrest the man.
“It’s nerve-racking to know this happening,” one neighbor said.
Neighbors said they’ve reported a number of recent incidents involving people arriving at the Cambridge Drive home, condemned by city officials Aug. 25.
