The Bears strike first in game 2, but the Tigers quick to respond as both teams scored one in the second inning. Although Shawnee State scored another in the top of the third, Georgetown responded with five of their own, all with two outs, bringing the score to 6-2. Bears strung together quality at bats in the later innings as they scored one in the 6th and three more in the 7th to tie the game. Carly Oliver (#10) hit a lead-off double to start the 7th for the Tigers and Cassie Rannells (#13) got the walk-off with a slap single down the left field line.
