Bad news, that likely won’t happen this year. The good news is that the team is setting itself up for a huge step forward in 2022. This year will be about finding that bit of sugar to make the medicine go down.
There’s been a lot of talk about moving Penei Sewell to right tackle after he mentioned that it isn’t an easy thing to do. Lions fans seemed just fine until he mentioned that, and immediately it was if thousands of people had their hair lit on fire. We’ll talk about what that transition means for Sewell and how its worked out for a number of other players in the NFL. We’ll also talk about Big V, Jahlani Tavai, and a whole lot more on this episode of the Detroit Lions Podcast.
