The Miami Dolphins were back out on the practice field for day five of OTA’s on Tuesday, however, they were without starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa who was excused from practice with a non-COVID related illness. Christian Wilkins was given the orange jersey today at practice, meaning he was deemed to be the top performer from Monday’s practice, and his playlist drew some questionable reviews from new Miami Dolphins wide receiver, Tyreek Hill. Head coach Mike McDaniel was also made available to the media where he addressed the signing of Melvin Ingram, the importance and impact of a fullback in the team’s offense, the orange practice jersey, and the progress he’s seen so far from third-year quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa.
