Dolphins News: Miami Dolphins Minicamp Day 2 Recap & Highlights | Tua/Tyreek Connect Deep Twice

Pro Football Pro Sports

While the Miami Dolphins defense still looked impressive during Thursday’s final minicamp session, the offense bounced back in a major way highlighted by two deep touchdowns from Tua Tagovailoa to Tyreek Hill. Hill added another touchdown in goal-line work, and Tua also added an impressive completion to Jaylen Waddle after being flushed from the pocket. Tua also met with the media following today’s practice and had a message for those who question his arm strength and deep-ball capabilities. He essentially said that the twitter warriors/keyboard warriors aren’t out at practice with the guys each day. He ended his response regarding his arm strength by asking if everyone saw the deep shot to Tyreek while adding, “I don’t know about you, but that looked like money!” We discuss Tua’s confidence being brought out under the guidance of new head coach, Mike McDaniel, while also discussing what we learned today from Connor Williams. Williams said that he’s been told that he’ll be playing center this season. If Williams is indeed moved to center, we break down the options the team has at left guard, highlighted by Michael Deiter, Liam Eichenberg and Solomon Kindley.
