Week 7 with Rebecca Barthel! And now it’s time for a upper & lower body workout session. 30 Minutes of strong, powerful movements to improve your strength. Get prepared for a 3 set workout with each 45 seconds of exercises and 15 – 20 seconds of breaks.
As you already know our Workouts will get more advanced and difficult. You can do these workouts multiple times and each time you get through it, you will get stronger and better.
You can also complete this workout while being at the gym!
